What is the impact of education on entrepreneurship?
Entrepreneurship has become an important economic and social topic in recent decades, as well as a frequently researched subject worldwide. According to some research, entrepreneurship is an intentional and planned behavior that can increase economic efficiency, bring innovation to markets, and increase employment levels. Based on the theory of planned behavior, Karimi et al. (2016) evaluate the impact of Entrepreneurial Education Programs on students' Entrepreneurial Intentions. To achieve this purpose, the authors use an ex-ante and ex-post survey with 205 participants from elective and mandatory programs at six Iranian universities.

Can entrepreneurship be taught, or is it a fixed personal trait?
Unlike most academic and political discussions that assume human capital as fixed and focus solely on microentrepreneurs' access to credit in developing countries, Karlan and Valdivia (2006) evaluate the marginal impact of adding entrepreneurship training to a microcredit program in Peru. The research is conducted using a randomized controlled trial with treatment and control loan groups and data from FINCA-Peru, a microfinance institution that aims to improve the human capital of microentrepreneurs and the socioeconomic situation of low-income families located in Lima and Ayacucho.
