Francisco Schertel Ferreira Mendes

Doctor of Law from the University of Brasília (UnB) in co-supervision with Humboldt-University zu Berlin (Germany), holds a master's degree in Law, State and Constitution and a bachelor's degree in Law from UnB. He was a Legislative Consultant for the Federal Senate in the areas of Economic, Business and Consumer Law and worked as a Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management at CADE.

He holds a doctorate and master's degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the same institution. He was a Legislative Consultant for the Federal Senate in the area of Economic Policy. He is a professor in the Master's and Doctoral programs in Public Administration at IDP and in undergraduate courses. He conducts research on impact assessment in public policies and education.
Laura Schertel Ferreira Mendes

Post-doctoral fellow at Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. PhD in Private Law from Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany), Master's degree in Law, State and Constitution, and Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB). She is an Adjunct Professor of Civil Law at UnB, Professor and Coordinator of the Professional Master's Program in Law at IDP, and Director of CEDIS (Center for Law, Internet and Society).
Thiago Costa Monteiro Caldeira
Director of Graduate Studies and Regulation at IDP
He holds a PhD in Economics from the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB), a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB), and undergraduate degrees in Law and Economics. He is a lawyer, professor, and researcher in applied economics at IDP, conducting research in the areas of fiscal federalism, public service concessions, regulation, regulatory law, and tax law.
