Permanent Commission for Supervision and Monitoring – CPSA

What is CPSA?

The Permanent Commission for Supervision and Monitoring (CPSA) is a department present in all higher education institutions that are partners of the federal government's Student Financing Fund (FIES). This unit is designated to handle matters related to FIES, from the moment of registration to the renewal process. The Commission is composed of two representatives from each sphere of the university: students, faculty, and administrative staff.

What does CPSA do?

It is the responsibility of the CPSA to collect the documents and validate the information provided by the candidate at the time of registration. The entity is also responsible for initiating the renewal procedure for student loan contracts, known as FIES addendums. Furthermore, it is available to answer questions and guide students on aspects related to FIES and P-FIES.
