The objectives of the Study Group on Administrative Impropriety are:
(i) to empirically analyze cases involving acts of administrative misconduct at the municipal level, initially;
(ii) consolidate statistical data on case law relating to administrative misconduct, highlighting leading cases;
(iii) to question the assumptions analyzed when applying the institute established by Law No. 8.429/1992;
(iv) to empower students at the Brasília School of Law to produce academic work related to administrative sanctioning law, especially regarding administrative misconduct; (v) to promote institutionalized academic discussions on administrative misconduct, through seminars, lectures, debates, and other means deemed appropriate.
