About the study group

Group proposal

In recent years, justice organizations have been challenged to present new solutions to the legitimate and growing demands of citizens who are increasingly aware of their role as active members of society. The increasing complexity in inter- and intra-governmental organizational relations has led to technological advancements and the modernization of management practices providing new paths to efficient, effective, and impactful administration. Thus, with the proposed research group, the IDP (Institute for Development and Planning) intends, through projects, studies, and research by undergraduate and graduate students and professors, to contribute to the interdisciplinary strengthening of the themes of innovation, organizations, and justice, enabling academic experiences (theoretical and practical) that will contribute to the training of IDP students.
