The study group “Criminal Justice System and Fundamental Rights” is intended for undergraduate, graduate, master's, and doctoral students who wish to deepen their knowledge of the justice system, particularly in the criminal field, in conjunction with the rights established in the Federal Constitution. Discussions on current and controversial topics within the criminal justice system will always be linked to the possibility of applying restorative justice mechanisms within the Brazilian legal framework.
