Group proposal

Coalition presidentialism has been studied from the perspective of its efficiency in approving legislative measures proposed by the executive branch. However, there are qualitative aspects – types of measures, approval timeframe, and accepted amendments, as well as the effect of the coalition on the final legislative act. The objective of this project is to systematize qualitative variables of coalition presidentialism as designed by the 1988 Federal Constitution.
