To foster debate about the impacts of the various crises experienced by our society and the unfolding of new dynamics imposed by exceptional scenarios. Considering the various branches of law and the measures adopted or under discussion within the three branches of government, the objective is to build a pluralistic, critical, and proactive space that supports the analysis of the impacts of moments of crisis on democracy and its institutions, as well as the understanding of the most varied socioeconomic aspects that are imposed on the Brazilian State, considering ways to mitigate and overcome the various facets of the crisis experienced.
