This project encompasses two fields of analysis: Constitutional Law and Civil Law. The initial research will focus on determining the existence of transitional bridges between the two systems, based on systems theory as a foundation for thought, with the aim of highlighting an ongoing and constantly evolving process: the reconstruction of Civil Law in light of constitutional precepts, strictly concerning the theme of fundamental and human rights, which exert a strong influence on the reinterpretation of various principle-based and normative structures within the context of Civil Law.
