The globalization of the economy and the unprecedented advancement of new communication and contracting technologies have significantly transformed consumer relations. Thus, to examine the numerous aspects of this new complex, dynamic, and multidisciplinary context of consumer relations, the group's general objective is to investigate Consumer Law in its new frontiers and evaluate measures that can ensure the proper protection of consumers.
