Group proposal

The group focuses its research on doctrinal texts, legal and sub-legal regulations, as well as judicial, arbitral, CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Defense) and regulatory agency decisions related to the country's infrastructure. It covers transportation, energy, communications, and sanitation. To this end, it seeks to observe and analyze each sector to produce texts, organize debates and academic events, and suggest ways to improve the field.
