The Constitutional Jurisdiction and Fundamental Rights Group is a study and research group that brings together students, alumni, and professors from EDB/IDP, whose common purpose is the production and critical reading of scientific texts.
Its objective is to broaden the debate on the theme of Constitutional Jurisdiction in the context of the realization of fundamental rights, studying the instruments of constitutional jurisdiction, its appropriate methodology and its limits, especially regarding the democratization and effectiveness of constitutional jurisdiction, reflecting on the practical consequences of the Supreme Federal Court's decisions of unconstitutionality, respect for the decisions of the STF and the institution of the claim.
