To discuss the new Legal Framework for Basic Sanitation (Law No. 14,026/2020) and monitor the practical implementation of its provisions, considering the role of the various State entities and their regulatory agencies, as well as the performance of the private sector and the responses of the various federated entities to the new model. The group aims to be a hub for pluralistic debates and hermeneutical activity, enabling the analysis of the effectiveness of the new Framework and the proposal of actions that increase the efficiency of the system and bring Brazilian sanitation closer to the ideal of universal access.
