Research group formed by a group of female researchers, institutionally linked to the Faculty of Law of the Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development and Research (IDP), inserted in the LAUDELINA nucleus – Interdisciplinary Nucleus of Leadership and Diversity.
LiderA: a research group on female leadership – analysis and implementation of inclusion tools.
The Electoral Observatory Research Group (LiderA research sub-line) is a group of researchers, institutionally linked to the Faculty of Law of the Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development and Research (IDP), and part of the LAUDELINA nucleus – Interdisciplinary Center for Leadership and Diversity.
The Group is organized around the realization of individual and collective projects. Activities are developed within a dynamic of interdependence and complementarity, seeking quality in the production of knowledge about the role of women in positions of power, divided into the following research and outreach activities:
I – Observatory of Political Violence against Women;
II – Podcast;
II – Collaborate;
III – Advertising on social media;
IV – NPJ;
V – Training courses and events.
