About the study group

The Civil Procedure and Effective Protection of Rights research group aims at the critical study of civil procedural law, focusing on access to justice, legal certainty, and procedural effectiveness. The process should be an instrument at the service of society, granting citizens effective access to their rights, but without losing sight of constitutional guarantees. The studies will focus on advances in the general theory of law, investigating the theoretical foundations of the Constitutional State, especially the changes that have occurred in the theory of norms, the theory of sources, and the theory of interpretation.
