Monthly meetings for discussions of doctoral theses in Criminal Sciences among professors via Zoom and YouTube (in partnership with IDP/DF), with the aim of contributing to the scientific development of the area based on original productions consolidated in statements.
The “Brazilian Seminar on Theses in Criminal Sciences” aims to be a space for academic debate with the objective of contributing to the demarcation and development of the “state of the art” in the construction of the scientific path in the area of criminal sciences. Furthermore, it aims to disseminate and improve theses that present an original contribution to the constant scientific advancement. The Seminar will be developed through asynchronous virtual means, with the submission of proposals, as well as prior and subsequent debates, and with the presentation of theses and live discussions (in person and/or virtually). The goal is to hold a debate on one thesis per month, totaling 10-12 theses per year.
