LIA IDP is an initiative linked to CEDIS IDP, whose purpose is to carry out studies, projects, publications and events focused on regulatory frameworks, strategies to stimulate innovation, risk management and governance inherent to the applicability and impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the contemporary information society as a whole.

To contribute to the construction of analytical knowledge in the field of AI application in the information society and its impacts.

To develop research and scientific production on Artificial Intelligence and its structures regarding regulatory frameworks, strategies to stimulate innovation, risk management, and governance inherent to the applicability and impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI);

To subsidize, through studies, the mitigation of the impacts of Artificial Intelligence in favor of its sustainable development and applicability;

To provide ongoing critical training opportunities to individuals and organizations within ecosystems impacted by Artificial Intelligence;

To promote multidisciplinary integration between students and faculty at IDP in the field of Artificial Intelligence;

To conduct courses, lectures, social media campaigns, and events in the area of regulatory frameworks, strategies to stimulate innovation, risk management, and governance inherent to the applicability and impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
