Financial analysis is integrated with a strategic management vision, addressing governance models, long-term planning, and the alignment between the commercial and sporting areas of the club. Additionally, the track explores how data analysis and business metrics can inform and optimize decision-making in the front office. By the end, the student will be able to lead the financial and strategic planning of sports entities.
