A Truly Professional Master's Degree

The market increasingly demands qualified professionals with analytical and practical skills.

One of the main characteristics of the MPGPP is its teaching methodology, which goes beyond the generic combination of theory and practice. The program's distinguishing feature lies in organizing training in such a way that academic reflection produces consequences on real-world problems. Throughout the course, students work with institutional experiences, implementation dilemmas, evidence, and concrete situations from the public sector, transforming content into analytical capacity. More than accumulating references, students learn to interpret contexts, support positions methodically, and qualify decisions in environments marked by constraints, conflict, and complexity. The course includes monthly classes, concentrated on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, allowing for compatibility with professional practice.

Faculty

The MPGPP faculty is one of the program's core assets. It brings together researchers with qualified academic backgrounds and professionals who have held—or currently hold—strategic positions in ministries, courts, oversight bodies, research centers, and leading institutions.

This changes the classroom experience. Students not only find good professors—they find interlocutors who know the literature and have an inside look at the state. This combination of academic production and institutional engagement is what gives the program depth, credibility, and the ability to train professionals prepared for high-responsibility environments.
