The Chamber of Deputies has established a Commission of Jurists, composed of professors who are members of the Constitutional Observatory of the IDP, to draft a preliminary bill that systematizes the norms of Brazilian constitutional procedure. The Constitutional Observatory (IDP) will closely monitor the work of this Commission and, therefore, within its scope of establishing an open space for reflection and criticism on the development of Constitutional Law in Brazil, presents this draft collective work that aims to bring together various studies and proposals for the legislative reform of the Brazilian constitutional procedure.
