Rafael Siqueira, a postgraduate student in Constitutional Law at IDP, passed the exam. New York Bar Examination mandatory assessment for practicing law in the United States.
Unlike the OAB exam in Brazil, the Bar Examination is not federal, meaning that the practice of law is limited to the state where the exam was taken. The exam, in addition to being complex, requires that a series of requirements be met; besides the English proficiency test, it is necessary to have an LL.M. (Lawyer's Degree in English).master of laws) in hand.
