A historian by initial training, the law graduate has worked in the Senate for 13 years in legislative production.[/vc_raw_html]
For the student, being chosen was a surprise. “ALACH, through its representatives, is aware of the work I do in the Senate, drafting and analyzing bills for Senators. They nominated me, and my name was subsequently approved by the board. It was a surprise that they chose me,” explains the historian.
ALACH aims to preserve, cultivate, and disseminate the moral and intellectual values of the great contributors to Latin America and to keep alive the civic sentiment of nationality.
