The workshop "Electoral Process and Disinformation: Limits and Consequences of Political Activities" seeks to continue the discussion on regulating content moderation on digital platforms to prevent the spread of disinformation. Considering the latest developments on the topic, the aim is to take advantage of the opportunity to debate the Superior Electoral Court's (TSE) decision on the removal from office of a congressman for spreading disinformation against the electronic voting system and the consequences of this jurisprudence, as well as to explore regulatory proposals on the subject.
