The Research Group on Administrative Sanctioning Law at IDP, led by professors Flávio Henrique Unes Pereira and Antonio Rodrigo Machado, is now accepting applications for its selection process. This course is for interested parties from IDP and other educational institutions who have already had contact with the subjects of Administrative Law and Administrative Sanctioning Law or who develop work in the area. Public Administration through a critical view and the collective construction of a proposal for the legislative systematization of sanctioning law.
