The book "Outsourcing of Labor," by Ivan Kaminski do Nascimento, takes as its starting point the prohibition of labor outsourcing in 1984 and employs a particular method of decision analysis. In it, the author seeks to answer the question: can the arguments put forward at that time be considered valid, sound, convincing, or strong?
Based on her master's thesis, the work is included in the index of robust jurisprudential research in the field of Labor Law.
Ivan Kaminski is a lawyer, holds a master's degree in Constitutional Law from the Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development and Research – IDP, and is a specialist in Labor Law and Labor Procedure.
