This dossier aims to reflect on complex and urgent issues on our constitutional, democratic, and republican agenda. The focus is on the importance of realizing social rights such as health, education, social assistance, and decent work, through the right to development and public policies. These policies should be based on the exercise of social solidarity as a catalyst for the realization of such rights, within a context of fiscal austerity policies, regression of rights, and rejection of social protection, in light of neoliberalism. The dossier intends to address these sensitive issues linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through economic, political, legal, philosophical, and sociological reflections, using the categories of Public Law as a framework for analysis.

The deadline for submitting articles is October 31, 2020. sidebar_id=”sidebar”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” equal_height=”yes” el_id=”courses-page-box-5″ css=”.vc_custom_1526064800224{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px “ el_class=”postCTA”][vc_column][themeum_action alignment=”left” title=”STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?” title_style=”customstyle” title_heading=”h2″ title_size=”20″ title_color=”#ffffff” title_weight=”800″ title_margin=”53px 0 0″ title_padding=”0″ btn_position=”btnright” btntext=”CONTACT US” btnurl=”/contact/” btntype=”white” btnsize=”btn-lg”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
