- Birth certificate;
- Voter Registration Card;
- 2 3×4 photos;
- CPF;
- ID;
- Proof of completion of high school;
- Birth certificate;
- Proof of address;
- Taxpayer Identification Number (CPF) of the person responsible for financial matters.
Service is provided on the 1st Basement level, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
