Classes will begin in March 1.2019 and the duration may vary from 18 to 20 months, with a total curriculum of 432 hours.
The IDP's postgraduate faculty is one of the most renowned in Brasília, composed of Ministers from Brazil's highest courts, such as the STF and STJ, members of the legal profession, and lawyers of notable reputation from diverse areas of practice. The courses adopt IDP's own methodology based on the study of complex cases and contemporary issues.
In addition to the core curriculum of their course, IDP students can customize their technical training by choosing electives from among the more than 70 subjects offered by the institution each semester, and participate in international modules at the university. IDP offers 10 postgraduate courses with varying course loads: Constitutional Law, Tax Law and Public Finance, Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Civil Procedure, Labor Law and Labor Procedure, Electoral Law, LLM in Control and Combating Corruption, MPA in Public Policy, Management and Control of Administration, and LLM in Corporate Law and Business Governance.
