The classes will discuss societal advancements and the role of constitutionalism in this context.
According to Professor Atalá Correia, PhD, from IDP, internationalization is a key differentiator for today's legal professional. “In the contemporary scenario, where information is widely available, students and professionals are required to have a broader reflective capacity, which involves analyzing problems from different perspectives and proposing innovative solutions. International experience presents students and professionals with various challenges that help them develop these skills. Furthermore, as is evident, contemporary society is increasingly internationalized, and it is necessary to be involved in a global context,” explains the professor.
IDP seeks to provide its students with internationalization experiences through agreements with nationally and internationally renowned universities, such as the Nova University of Lisbon, the University of Macau, the University of Roma Tre, the Bahian University of Law and Management, and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, enabling the development of research, participation in projects, and academic exchanges.
