The faculty of IDP's postgraduate program is one of its great strengths, composed of Ministers, Lawyers, Public Defenders, Judges, Appellate Judges, and prominent academics who excel in their respective roles, including Supreme Court Justice and Doctor of Constitutional Law Gilmar Mendes, Doctor of Law Eugênio Pacelli, and Master of Law Vânia Lúcia.
Another distinguishing feature of the Institution is the possibility for students to participate in academic exchanges and attend forums and seminars. This is due to agreements established between IDP and several internationally renowned law schools in various countries, such as Italy, Portugal, China, the United States, and Spain.
