According to Caio Resende, Coordinator of the Professional Master's Program in Public Administration at IDP and PhD in Economics, the Executive MBA is important for those who want to excel in their public careers."Holding any leadership position today requires study and preparation. Modern Public Management cannot be based on impressions and intuitions. MBA students arrive at IDP committed to the public interest and social transformation. Our role, as an educational institution, is to equip them with analytical tools to face the challenges they will encounter throughout their professional careers," explains the Professor.
The course stands out for its faculty of high academic caliber and extensive professional experience, including professors such as the Minister of the Federal Court of Accounts, Weder de Oliveira; the Post-Doctoral Fellow in Political Science and former Secretary of Planning and Budget of the Federal District, Leany Ramos; the Post-Doctoral Fellow in Political Science and Economics, CEO of ESAF and Consultant in the Federal Senate, Fernando Meneguin; among other prominent figures.
IDP uses case studies in its classes, as well as in its other courses, and will utilize this innovative format in its MBA program. BlendedThis program consists of an intensive week of classes every 3 months. With this launch, IDP becomes the first institution in the Federal District to address this topic as an MBA, thus seeking to meet the needs and innovate in the job market.
