During the week, from the 20th to the 24th, the faculty will host several lectures aimed at familiarizing students with the production and publication of scientific papers.
According to Janete Ricken, Coordinator of the IDP Research Center – CEPES and Master's Professor at IDP, the event aims to provide students with an introduction to scientific careers. “Here at IDP, we hold a Scientific Initiation seminar every semester with the goal of preparing panels showcasing all the activities that IDP carries out in its research and scientific initiation programs, presenting the academic work that students are doing, and also offering workshops to prepare students to write and present papers at academic events,” explains the professor.
The event will feature lectures such as "The importance of internationalization in the academic journey," a workshop on creating a Lattes Curriculum Vitae, launches of journals like Caderno Virtual, projects, and the dissemination of program results.
