IDP is hosting an international seminar on artificial intelligence with national and international authorities.

On July 31, 2025 (Thursday), Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) will promote, on the Asa Norte campus, the International Seminar “Artificial Intelligence in Perspective: Promotion, Regulation and Digital Sovereignty”The event will bring together public authorities, international experts, researchers, and representatives of civil society to discuss the legal and institutional pathways to address the challenges posed by the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI).

With a program that includes two thematic panels, the seminar will be a qualified space for debate on technological regulation, data protection, digital sovereignty, and public policies to promote AI.The initiative has the support of Center for Law, Internet and Society (CEDIS) and Peter Häberle Center for Constitutional Studies, both linked to IDP.
