The Brazilian Institute for Teaching, Development and Research (IDP) was one of the organizers of the II International Congress, which took place from February 1st to 3rd, 2022.
With the theme FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND DEMOCRACY IN DIGITAL CONSTITUTIONALISM, the Congress took place at the University of Granada, in Spain. The meeting was graced by the presence of the Minister of the Supreme Federal Court, Gilmar Mendes, and Professor Dr. Francisco Balaguer Callejón.
