The VIII Lisbon Legal Forum will take place between April 14 and 16, 2020, bringing together political, legal and academic authorities from Brazil and Portugal for three days of events. In addition to IDP, the meeting is also organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL) and the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV)
In 2020, the chosen theme for discussion was "Democracy, systems of government and governance". Those interested can participate in conference cycles, panels, workshops and working groups where the most relevant topics for both countries will be debated.
The cost to participate in the event varies depending on the audience and will be donated to the "Casa da Mãe Preta" daycare center. Registration for students will be R$100. Professionals will have to invest R$150 to participate in the event.
