The course aims to study employment relationships through in-depth analysis and updating of labor and procedural law doctrine, legislation, and jurisprudence. Classes are scheduled to begin on March 11, 2019.

According to Professor Noêmia Porto, PhD, from IDP and Labor Court Judge, the continuous study of Labor Law is fundamental for those working in the field. "The world of work is undergoing a very rapid transformation, and these transformations demand that professionals in the legal field, as well as those in the business field and those in administration, be in a constant process of self-improvement," explains the judge.

According to the Judge, IDP has a unique teaching methodology. "IDP has a very clear pedagogical project, and that's not something you find everywhere. Combining theory and practice, with professors who hold prominent positions in the market, is a differentiating factor in the student's academic and professional development," explains the Professor.

The IDP Postgraduate Program boasts numerous professionals who excel in their fields, such as the Minister of the Superior Labor Court, Maria Cristina Peduzzi, the Doctor and Lawyer, Luciana Garcia, and the Doctor and Labor Judge, Ricardo Lourenço. The Postgraduate Program's structure is based on the interpretation, integration, and application of the principles and norms of Labor Law and Labor Procedure and their relationships with other branches of law. These interactions between faculty and students create opportunities for students in the job market, thus fostering networking with highly qualified professionals.

Applications for IDP's Postgraduate Program close on March 11th.
