Registration is open for the Empreenda BSB Tournament, a business game being promoted by the School of Management, Economics and Business at IDP. What is the Empreenda BSB Tournament?
The Empreenda BSB Tournament is a business games competition promoted by EGEN/IDP and is currently the only competition of its kind open in the Federal District (DF). The event will be held 100% online and its main objective is to involve young people interested in becoming business owners and entrepreneurs in a stimulating competition that adds knowledge and experience to this audience.
And how will it work?
High school students up to their second semester of college can register. Each person or group of up to 4 members will represent a company. The companies will all be in the same sector and will compete against each other daily. Rounds of management decisions will be held in...
Various areas (marketing, finance, human resources, etc.) are involved, and the success or failure of each company will depend on the decisions made by its members. All teams will launch their resolutions at the same time as their competitors. And that's where the competition begins, based on each company's performance in a competitive market that simulates the real-world context.
When will it be?
Registration is now open, and the competition will take place between May 25th and June 18th. Initially, we will provide instructional materials so that no one starts without the necessary knowledge to compete. Then, we will begin the competition until we have our finalists who will compete in the final phase. The tournament stages are as follows:
Tournament preparation; Qualifying round; Final match.
And what are the prizes?
The winning teams will receive the appropriate prizes and recognition on the podium for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, which include certificates, scholarships, and even a financial reward.
1rd place – R$4.000,00 + EGEN/IDP Scholarship (50% discount)
2rd place – R$2.000,00 + EGEN/IDP Scholarship (40% discount)
3rd place – R$1.000,00 + EGEN/IDP Scholarship (30% discount)

You can participate individually or form a team of up to four people to compete. Oh! You must also reside in the Federal District (DF), okay? This event is aimed solely at residents of the Federal District (DF).

The registration fee is R$50,00, both individually and as a team; that is, it costs R$50,00 to represent a company regardless of how many participants are on the team. Registrations are open until May 21st.
