The platform is the result of empirical research developed by volunteer researchers of the IDP PRIVACYLAB Project over the last 10 months.
During the first half of 2021, the researchers held bi-weekly meetings where they discussed relevant topics regarding Brazil's new Data Protection Law. The initial phase of the research prepared the researchers for the empirical phase, developed from July onwards, in which the researchers analyzed more than 500 decisions from the main Brazilian courts.
The result of this empirical research is the Project Platform, which will be launched on October 15th at 10:10 AM.
