Professor Rodrigo Mudrovitsch, who was elected in November 2021 to the position of judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR) of the Organization of American States (OAS), took office today (February 7th) in that position.
Rodrigo achieved the important feat of being one of the few lawyers to become a judge of the IACHR. Before him, two other Brazilians had already served as judges in the Inter-American Court: lawyer Roberto Caldas and Antônio Augusto Cançado Trindade.
