The IDP Privacy Lab, in partnership with Jusbrasil, has brought together 85 researchers in the field for a qualitative analysis of the LGPD Panel in the Courts. The meeting will be 100% online and is scheduled for this Friday, October 14th.
The Panel includes a selection of the most important judicial decisions involving the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). The material analyzed will cover the period from September 2020 to August 2021, the first year the Law came into effect.
