The Legislative Observatory will compile and display, in a straightforward manner, the legislative measures measures taken by the Union, states, and the Federal District to deal with the emergency caused by the worldwide spread of the new Coronavirus.

CRITERIA

I – To be regularly enrolled in the undergraduate course in Law or in the undergraduate course in Public administration from EDAP/IDP;
II - Present Academic Performance Index (IRA) equal to or greater than 3 (three) points.

SUBSCRIPTION

The student must send an email to observatoriolegislativo@idp.edu.br, between the days 10 the 16 June, by means of a request containing copy of curriculum duly completed and updated on the CNPq Lattes Platform in PDF format.

SELECTION

Those selected will be invited to interview which will take place between June 23 and 30, 2020.

RESULT

Os results They will be published on the IDP website by July 10, 2020.

ACTIVITIES

Selected students must:

I - To elaborate

1. Legislative research on the websites of state legislative assemblies, the Chamber of Deputies, the Federal Senate, and official gazettes.
2. Legislative research can be done on official state and federal government websites and their official gazettes.
3. Researching news related to legislation connected to the Observatory's theme;

II - Drafting minutes and reports of standards analyses;

III - Participate in weekly meetings with the Coordinating Professors of the Legislative Observatory.

IV- To dedicate oneself to the necessary activities in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the schedule proposed in the Work Plan;

V - Meet all deadlines and complete all tasks during the research development period;

IV - To hold a presentation at an event before the community, on a date to be determined, describing the activities carried out.
