The event will take place between January 17th and 20th in the capital of Peru.
Students Luiza Berti, Letícia Ferreira, Maria Luiza Morato, and Giovana Oliveira placed first in the IDP Juris Committees and were awarded admission, accommodation, and travel expenses to HNMUN-LA 2019.
Student Giovana Oliveira, who came in first place in the STF Committee, says that IDP Juris was an educational and enriching experience. “I found it a wonderful experience. I had already participated in other simulations, but I found IDP much more organized. The people coordinating the committees were very good; they explained everything very clearly and answered questions, helping the participants a lot,” comments Giovana, a third-year high school student.
The student is embarking on her journey to HNMUN-LA this January with high expectations. “I believe it will be an incredible experience where I can meet people from many other countries. In the committee I will be participating in, all discussions will be in English, so I hope it will be a different and challenging simulation,” concludes the student.
IDP is proud of all IDP Juris participants and is eager to discover what the experience of participating in the Harvard National Model United Nations – Latin America will be like.
