IDP professor launches the 2nd volume of the work "Law and Infrastructure in Brazil: Relevant Themes in Land Transportation and Cross-Cutting Topics"

Mauro Chaves, Federal Prosecutor, Professor and Coordinator of the Research Group on Economic Regulation and Regulatory Law at the Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development and Research (IDP/Brasilia), launched the 2nd volume of the work "Law and Infrastructure in Brazil: Relevant Themes in Land Transport and Cross-Cutting Topics".

The work, organized in conjunction with the Legal Advisor of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Natália Resende, contains several articles on current and relevant topics in the transport infrastructure sector in Brazil. This second volume is especially dedicated to the road and rail sectors, in addition to containing texts that discuss topics transversal to the various transport infrastructure sectors in Brazil.
