Professor André Luís Callegari, together with Raul Marques Linhares, is launching the book "Money Laundering (With the Jurisprudence of the STF and STJ)" this Tuesday (March 29th). Published by Marcial Pons, the book analyzes the jurisprudence of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) and the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) based on decisions made in cases involving this criminal activity.
André Luís Callegari is a criminal defense lawyer and has been nominated to replace Minister Carlos Mário Velloso in the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
The book will have its physical launch in Lago Sul at 19 PM.
