The professor from the Master's Program in Economics at IDP, Roberta Wichmann[Name], will teach the course entitled “Evaluation of Public Policies for Tuberculosis Control – Quasi-Experimental Methods” as part of the scientific program of the 56th edition of the Congress of the Brazilian Society of Tropical Medicine – MEDTROP PLAY 2021. The mini-course will be held on October 25, 2021, in partnership with Professor Mauro Sanchez from the University of Brasília.
The scientific program of the congress will feature diverse approaches to basic studies, clinical trials and cohort studies, advances in diagnosis and epidemiological surveillance, treatment and control of infectious and parasitic diseases, with special emphasis on diseases of neglected populations, among others.
