This edition of the event will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Law 10.406/2002 and the establishment of the Civil Law Conference. The conference will take place on May 19th and 20th, and those interested in contributing to the discussions can submit proposals through [link/method not specified]. electronic form available on the CJF Portal.
The novelty of the 9th edition is the inclusion, for the first time, of topics in digital law, through the Commission on Digital Law and New Rights.
The commission will be chaired by IDP Professor and STJ Minister Ricardo Villas Bôas Cueva, and will include the participation of renowned IDP Jurist Professors Laura Schertel Mendes and Danilo Doneda.
