Between the days April 17 and 21, 2023 it happened, in University of Rome Threein the city of Rome, Italy, the III Advanced Studies on Law, Politics and Comparative Economics, a short course managed by the Coordination of Postgraduate Programs Stricto Sensu in Law at IDP and by the research group "Center for Legal Comparisons between Brazil and Europe", in cooperation with the departments of Law, Political Science and Economics of the Italian university. The course is organized annually by the professors Marcelo Ribeiro do Val (IDP), Massimo Siclari e Giorgio Resta (University of Rome Three) and, this year, included the participation of, among others, Luigi Ferrajoli, professor emeritus at the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre, Michela Manetti, professor at the Università di Siena and coordinator of the Revista Quaderni Costituzionali, and Giulio De Simone, former president of Court of Appeal and the Tax Court of the Tuscany Region. The course is yet another initiative of the IDP's Internationalization Department, spearheaded in this initiative by Prof. Marcelo Ribeiro do Val, in partnership with University of Rome Three, with the support of the Brazilian Embassy in Italy and the Guimarães Rosa Cultural Center.
