Participants in the event will include, among others, USP professor Otavio Luis Rodrigues Junior, PUC-RS professor Ingo Sarlet, UFRJ professor Carlos Affonso Souza, UnB professor Ana Frazão, as well as representatives from technology companies such as Google, Facebook, and IBM.
