Scholarships in Affirmative Action Programs – 2026
The Diogo Sant'Ana Scholarship Program aims to promote inclusion and ensure the representation of transgender and transvestite people, Black people, Indigenous people, Quilombola people, people with disabilities, and refugees who speak Portuguese.
The scholarships are aimed at candidates who are transgender and transvestite individuals, Black people, Indigenous people, and people from quilombola communities. Selection is open to those holding a bachelor's degree in any field from any public or private university in the country for the Master's program, and a Master's degree in any field from any public or private university in the country for the Doctoral program.

Duties of the scholarship recipient
The selected scholarship recipients agree to fulfill the obligations listed in the Call for Applications. Such as:
dedication to academic activities;
Submission of a report every six months;
Participation in the activities of the research group/project;
Keep your Lattes CV and ORCID profiles up to date;
Submission of a scientific article or technical-technological product;
Presentation of work at a national scientific event.
