PAPIN

The Program to Support Scientific Initiation and Research (PAPIN) aims to encourage research and academic production by undergraduate students, supporting their participation in national and international academic events not organized by EDIR ECOM EGEN/IDP.

PAGRUP

The Program to Support the Development of Research Groups (PAGRUP) aims to encourage research and academic production within research groups led by undergraduate professors from EDIR ECOM EGEN/IDP, supporting participation in national and international academic events, and the implementation of research projects that require funding.

PDSE/CAPES

The PDSE is a CAPES program that provides financial support to Brazilian doctoral students interested in undertaking research internships abroad in the form of sandwich doctorates. Support is provided through the following benefits: monthly stipend; travel allowance; settling-in allowance; health insurance allowance; and, where applicable, location allowance.

The selection process is carried out in three stages:

I – Internal selection of candidates, under the responsibility of IDP;

II – registration in the CAPES system, under the responsibility of the candidates approved in the IDP's internal selection process; and

III – Approval of registrations in the CAPES system, under the responsibility of IDP.
